What speakers are you using in your 2 stroke?

Do you have any idea why the Jensen speakers have fallen out of favor? Every one I try (in an appropriate application) really shines. Perhaps its a matter of matching speaker to amp?

I think you’re right, matching the speaker, cabinet and amp really can make or break the overall tone. Some of the Jensen speakers sound a little “tight” until they are broken in, but after that they sound great. Even the Jensen-made MOD speakers that Antique Electronic Supply sells are really great (and they are priced right).

There are lots of great speakers out there, I think Jensens are among them, especially for the Two Stroke.
