I did try the acetone aging technique. I don’t have a variac so after the acetone I connected them back up and ran some r&b music through it for an hour or so. It seemed to have more impact on the 10″ than on the 8″. I’m ok with the Jensen 10″ now but figured why just be “ok”? I ordered an Eminence Legend 1028K to try out, about $80 shipped from Amazon so not a huge investment.
